Personal data is stored on secure servers located at PORTUGAL TELECOM DATA CENTER, S.A with tax identification number 510.030.785 and headquarters at Rua Data Center 6200-065 Covilhã, which provides us with appropriate security guarantees for protecting personal data against unauthorized disclosure, loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, or any other form of unlawful processing.

7.4. Similarly, when you browse the WEBSITE, we protect your data with encryption, such as Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS), which is an internet protocol that aims to establish communication between devices and servers worldwide. The HTTPS protocol emerged as an evolution of its predecessor, HTTP, and the difference between them is that HTTPS encrypts device communication.

As part of promoting the services of K&N ELITE REAL ESTATE AGENCY (KATRYCH & NIYAZOV S.L., NIF B54956503, Calle Bailén 3, Planta Baja, 03001 Alicante, Spain), we integrate with the APIs of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for automated publishing of video content to our official corporate accounts. This section describes what data we receive, the purposes for which we use it, and how we protect it.

2. Data Obtained Through TikTok API

When using the TikTok integration via the TikTok Content Posting API, we request the following permissions and receive the corresponding data:

Profile avatar URL

Scope video.publish — content publishing:

Ability to publish video content on behalf of the connected account
Access to publish status (published / processing / rejected)
Metadata of published videos (title, description, tags, cover image, privacy settings)

We DO NOT access:

Direct messages or comments
Followers or following lists
Watch history or activity data
Payment or financial information
Data of other TikTok users not associated with our account

3. Data Obtained Through Instagram Graph API and YouTube Data API

Instagram Graph API (via Facebook Login for Business) — we receive access to publish content to our Facebook business pages and connected Instagram accounts, access publication statuses, and basic page information (page name, page ID, access token). Permissions used: instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, business_management.

YouTube Data API v3 (via Google OAuth 2.0) — we receive access to upload videos and set thumbnails on our YouTube channels, access the channel ID, and basic profile information of the Google account that owns the channel. OAuth scopes used: youtube.upload, youtube.

4. Purposes of Processing Social Media Data

Data obtained through social media APIs is used exclusively for the following purposes:

Automated content publishing — posting informational and promotional video materials about the real estate market in Spain to our corporate accounts. Content includes: real estate market news, sector analysis, property tours, and interior reviews
Tracking publication status — verifying successful publishing, handling errors, retry attempts in case of technical issues
Internal performance analytics — analyzing the results of our publishing activity to improve our marketing. This data is not shared with third parties

Estimated publication volume: 4–5 pieces of content per week on each platform.

We DO NOT use social media data for:

Sharing with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes
Profiling social media users
Marketing campaigns unrelated to K&N Elite services
Automated decision-making affecting third parties
Retargeting or interest-based advertising based on user data

5. Storage and Protection of Access Data

What is stored:

Access tokens — for performing API requests
Refresh tokens — for renewing access without re-authorization
User and account identifiers (open_id, page_id, channel_id)
Metadata of published content (titles, post identifiers, statuses)

How protected:

Tokens and identifiers are stored in a secured relational database with restricted access
Access is granted only to authorized personnel responsible for maintaining the auto-posting system
Data transmission between our servers and social media APIs is performed exclusively over secure HTTPS connections (TLS 1.2+)
Server location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany (European Union). Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Retention period:

Access and refresh tokens are stored for the duration of the auto-posting service usage
Upon access revocation by the user or upon termination of the service, all data obtained through APIs is deleted within 7 (seven) calendar days
Technical API request logs are retained for no more than 90 (ninety) days for debugging and troubleshooting purposes

6. Right to Revoke Access and Data Deletion

You may, at any time:

Revoke our application's access through the settings of the respective platform:
TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage authorized apps
Instagram/Facebook: Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
YouTube/Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions

Request deletion of all your data by contacting marketing@knelite.com. We will delete all data obtained through APIs within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the request and notify you of completion

7. Compliance with Platform Policies

The use of social media APIs within the K&N Elite Publisher service is performed in accordance with the following documents:
